Gracie was a key member of our Exmouth Holidays team and we are very pleased she accepted our offer to transition into Property Management. Having a dedicated assistant to our busy property managers means we are able to ensure the day-to-day tasks or property management are done on schedule and both owners and tenants are communicated with in a timely manner. Our team strives to ensure nothing is overlooked, that your investment property is maintained in its best possible state, and tenant issues or other maintenance is dealt with promptly.
